I was extremely frustrated during my stay. They locked me out of my room on the second day because I forgot to return the cart! As a disabled traveler, I had trouble managing my suitcases without assistance. Additionally, the window shade was broken, leaving me exposed to the parking lot for two days before they sent someone to fix it. To top it all, the breakfast was dreadful.

Breakfast was decent, featuring scrambled eggs and sausages, but I found the variety a bit limited. I encountered one issue. the shower grip wasn’t sufficient for me, making it a bit tricky to step in and out safely. I wish they had better grip options for safety. The hotel’s location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, making my stay comfortable despite the minor issues.
